I think Jamie’s squats are improving. We had our final check-up and X-ray with the specialist last week. Everything has healed well and Jamie can now go back to normal activities and gradually return to agility. https://youtu.be/e5RSrpkpPLg
Great news!

TY Leslie!
You’re welcome!
Hi Leslie,
Here are Jamie’s sit/stands on fitbone. It is quite hard for him and I think I should have just done a couple of reps and left it instead of trying for a set number. I’m planning to continue on modules 2,3,5 and 6 for the next few weeks before trying module 4. https://youtu.be/jVASEzjJ5Gc
Good job! Lots of good information here!

We’ll try these from time to time (without trying to get lots of reps!). Looking back over the video he was certainly telling me that this was hard. I will definitely pay all attempts and jackpot the good ones (my problem is his limited tummy capacity, but it probably matches the amount of work I should try to get him to do!). These are probably a good measure of how his rear leg strength is coming along.
Exactly Judy! You are spot on.
Hi Leslie. Sit to stand with bone. He moves his feet a lot!

This one needs some experimenting to get the movement we want.
