is the front cross line from the inside of one wing to the other or outside or middle or some combination?

    • Sarah Fernandezlopez says:

Yes – inside wing to the “new” inside wing”. So in other words, signal arm wing to signal arm wing.

Very occasionally there are exceptions. For example, if the FC line traps you behind the wing for the line after the cross, you maybe have to adjust that line so that you can drive to the following obstacle.

Been trying to tape these last three lessons for the last couple weeks and it’s either raining or dark, so sorry.

Here is Ricochet. Videographer fail as one jump is out of view. https://youtu.be/T4rueBB5z6A?si=5tYOfqTc1crzk7Tb

I’m a little late on this one. I had trouble reserving any time at my usual place but I found somewhere to do it.

My first crosses are definitely late on front an blind. I also seem to be waiting for him and I should just keep moving especially once he commits. Thanks!

Here is my and Cherry’s submission. We struggled with the reverse spin on the blind cross option, so I included a blooper of that. Am I moving too far lateral on my blind crosses? It seems like in the videos I cross then move back in on Cherry’s line to get her over the jump. The rears (as always) are a work in progress, but we have been working on them more for the last few weeks. Interested in your feedback on both of those things.

Still behind on my submissions. Unfortunately, my back is still pretty stiff so those crosses won’t be quite as crisp. Old Man Psychic does not have a decel bone in his body so he was totally wild after not training for more than a week. Love all suggestions. Thanks!

I had trouble with the lighting in the late afternoons for filming so I practically had to hide my tripod in the bushes. I hope you can see it well enough to analyze my video. If you can’t, let me know and I’ll redo it!

Here’s Tru’s work on these exercises/challenge. It was a bit dismal and damp today but this time of year you never know when we might get snow. I set myself up for success on the FC/BC options and was pleased that I was able to run pretty well today.
Thanks in advance for your comments.

Just an odd note…I checked out the course map and saw it was from Northford, CT…one of my favorite trial sites and I couldn’t figure out why I hadn’t gone to these trials. Turns out the maps are dated wrong…the trials were actually July 29/30 not 22/23, and I had missed the opening time and hadn’t gotten in. My bad! Would have been a good chance to practice. I will put out these courses up in my field and give them a try. The premier courses in these sets look pretty challenging at first glance.
