I am a bit late to the party, but wondering what is the last date to submit for Oct? I see you are choosing winners on Nov 14. Could i submit for stars up until that date, or did it close Oct 31? Thanks!
You’re not too late! Anytime you until noon on the 14th for the October prizes. And you can submit after that to earn stars toward the end of year prizes too!

One entry per handler, though you can use multiple dogs as long as they are yours.
