I’ve sent 3 emails to cancel my vip and canine fitness w the vet. I have had no response. I have no complaints about the program. It’s just online isn’t working for me. I’m sure it takes a while to cancel. Please advise. Thanks
would it be possible to end the fitness lessons (the $ are taken each month) I have to reduce my expenses ;-(

Please cancel my conditioning program
I’ve been a member for exactly seven days and already I know I’d like to switch from a monthly membership to an annual membership. Is that possible or do I need to wait until next year?
We’re going to give all new monthly members one chance to upgrade to yearly at the end of this Month. Expect an email around July 23rd.
