    Maybe you had your browser save your password and it automatically logged you in? You username is your email address. If you’ve forgotten your password, but you ARE logged in, you can go to your profile and set a new password that you know.

    Did you click the “mark as complete” button? That’s what that button does.

    Yes – all our videos use the same player. I think this one is just a little more confusing because it’s a video of a webpage.

    HI Barbara – on any of our videos, you can play them full screen. And I would recommend that for these kind of videos where you are looking at my entire screen.

    You’re looking at the video example where I logged in as Sarah Test. Did you click to play the video?

    I see that the video shows a thumbnail with the “welcome back sarah test” – Let me change that thumbnail so that it’s more obvious that this is a video.
