Are we still doing the Caveletti’s Mini-Course???? And are there any additional exercise modules this year? Just trying to keep track of it all so I don’t miss anything?!?!?!
Yes, the cavaletti course is coming and new exercises are out twice a month.
Just my personal hope is that at the end of the year, we have a group webinar reviewing the course this far and how we should continue to work all the “stuff” we’ve been introduced to………I know somewhere along the way I remember seeing that we would begin to develop a team specific plan on how to incorporate our new skills into a routine………….I still struggle with that and am not sure if I am progressing properly……do you think we will have a group review/discussion before the new year???? Karma and I are SO loving this course. Thanks Leslie for your time and dedication and Sarah thanks for setting it all up and making it work behind the scenes!!!!!

Thanks for the feedback Sandy and Yes! This has been rolling around in my mind. The first step is always learning the exercises. Once you have a handful, you can start creating workouts. Most likely this topic will be a Live Q and A.
