So I did this a month ago or so …just watched it and its so annoying .. I don’t like some commands I’ve chosen ( its like me over and over spewing commands /her barking fest ) but she kinda knows them… so I’m saying ivy ivy a-lot not sure if its to late to change or simplify commands ( thought i needed left and right side commands for everyting because im trying to do rc ) https://youtu.be/w_PlrBjL8qg
Regarding your verbals, I do think quality over quantity is best. Fewer verbals that she REALLY knows is better than a lot that she doesn’t really understand. I don’t think you *need* left and right verbals if you are good with your handling. It is possible to just have obstacle commands if you, and your dog, understand motion.

I could’ve sworn I did this one already, but I could not find the video so we did it again! I really preferred the first option, but it did take a couple tries to keep him out of the tunnel. I was trying really hard to keep my shoulders turned the correct direction and give him a strong bypass cue to keep him out of it. We also struggled with the off-course tunnel in the first challenge, but I realized that was because I was late and out of position for 4. We took a break between the Exercise and the Challenge to do some reps on the dog walk before we lost too much light, so I apologize it gets dark at the end!
Great work! I’m curious where you were getting the off course tunnel as these reps looked nice! Also, I’m a big fan of the revving up and excitement before the start. Keep that up, especially on tunnel starts.

Thank you. I keep finding that I’m not so confident in myself and maybe that’s part of why I hesitate and am late on cues! he knows his job, and I have to trust that just harder to do than say!
