We are slowly catching up… I took over Finya’s challenge as she got frustrated with it. I hope you don’t mind. She did really enjoy your feedback on the regular exercise though ๐Ÿ™‚

Vapor and all of my other were struggling with option 2 obstacle 4, that 360 about the wing is a skill we’ll have to work for sure! Vapor did slowly catch on, but I had to keep my shoulder open a little, or no commitment…

Option #1 run twice since I confidently forgot the backside…

    Thank you!!!

Finally catching up on editing videos from the past few weeks! Here’s out work with sequence one…I apologize for the darker video, snuck this one in after work under lights so the image is not the best. Looking forward to your feedback, as usual it’s first attempts with a couple re-attempts following. Thank you!

  • Cayla K says:

    For thisโ€ฆ
I tried the nested challenge both ways, back to back. I think the first try would be what I would have done at a trial.

  • KMAC says:

Oh My Gosh, this was a disaster! I memorized the course wrong and then could never get the wrong course out of my mind. I have an extremely long blooper video which I am not sending. So some of the video is a combo of skills. I think Psychic and I got the course right.

  • Ellen says:

I had to edit out all the times I just stood there trying to remember the handling. ugh. I think I need to print out the maps and write on them where the turns go.

  • says:

Really enjoyed this mini course and the challenges it presented. I really had to check in with Maddie as she was coming out of the tunnel to get a tighter turn.

Here is CharLee running the Challenge Exercises.
Iโ€™m trying to leave earlier at the backsides, as you suggested with the wraps, but I am not sure if I was successful.

We are still learning to work together as a team and we sometimes get jump commitment or refusal problems if I send and go or leave on a wrap or backside too early.

We have more problems with jump commitment when sending to jumps.
Heโ€™s usually pretty good with wraps and backsides.

I had a hard time getting my head around this one, but we are getting there.

  • Lisa Ann says:

It probably doesn’t matter but the map shows #5 on the other side (back side from where the dog finishes #4). Good stuff in the videos though. ๐Ÿ™‚

    • Sarah Fernandezlopez says:

Thank you. Fixing it now. Jenn’s computer won’t run CRCD for some reason, so I made the maps after watching the video. Mistakes in transcription!
