    How did you get him to stop leaping at the other dogs? My pup is actually good with most dogs, just not my border collie.

      We interrupt and redirect (to a toy or different behavior) and used management (leashes, x pens). We also capture and reward any time the puppy is near the other dog and does not jump on them.
