That was real helpful to hear your post run commentaries. It’s an impressive commitment to excellence. Learned a lot with this format. And I not only look at it as a birds eye view of supplemental training for me but also as a way to support your sustainability in this sport. I’m sure your expenditures are many to be able to partake in the regular attendance that you would need to even be competitive, and therefore worth your while. It would have to be budgeted way ahead of time in order to plan the costs. I’d like to hear more about that some time.

Believe it or not, some of these vids I watched several times. I’d focus on different things each time. I’ll probably watch the whole thing all over again one more time as well so I can list some things to work on. I found this to be way fun. Hope you do it again!
