Couple of questions –
In the map analysis, I think you said you would do the opening as all dog on right and just send to 2 and run the line up to the tunnel. What made you change to the handling you did here?
Also did I miss you explaining why did you switch you plan to do a RC on the 9-10 jump sequence?
Are you talking about the 2023 or 2024 map analysis? I guess either way, the answer is the same. Based on how the course was set, the convergence (and risk of a knocked bar) was too strong on #3. The LOP allows me to get the dog on the correct lead easier and minimize the risk of bar #3.
If you start the video at the 2:00 mark I explain a bit about why I did the RC 9-10. Mostly, to motive and get speed on the weaves and aframe. If I left him on those two obstacles to get far enough ahead for the FC or BC, his speed would slow down tremendously. I opted to stay close and motivate.
