    I saw a huge improvement in my hamstrings after doing the exercises! I am going to try to do some of these hip flexor exercises on trial days!

    My hips and back were pretty tight after a long day at a trial yesterday, and it was such a pleasant surprise to have this be the workout today!

    I don’t think of myself as having tight hamstrings (weak, perhaps, but not tight). I did feel a difference in the hamstrings after the hip flexor exxercise and it felt noticeably improved. I’m sure I’m more comfortable into the hamstring stretch. Thanks for presenting that relationship. Very interesting.

    I’m excited to keep trying the hip flexor work. I really need it. The Knee exercise will be a big help too.
