    I don’t think of myself as having tight hamstrings (weak, perhaps, but not tight). I did feel a difference in the hamstrings after the hip flexor exxercise and it felt noticeably improved. I’m sure I’m more comfortable into the hamstring stretch. Thanks for presenting that relationship. Very interesting.

    I’m excited to keep trying the hip flexor work. I really need it. The Knee exercise will be a big help too.
