    Great start!

  • Michelle says:

The sound seemed to have a lot of static in it? Or am I the only one hearing that?

    • Sarah Fernandezlopez says:

I do hear some white noise/static. Maybe some interference with the mic. Unfortunately, I don’t think there’s much I can do about it. I’ll try running it through some audio programs.

  • Brianne S says:

Got hung up this summer, and stopped after week 6. I remember how much harder it got as it went on, so I’m starting back at week 1. Still feels good, and really appreciate it!

  • Angela.sarra@yahoo.com says:

Finally got started and completed week 1! Super excited this was fun and uplifting! I was worried, I have horrible joints especially my knees! I struggle ALOT with inflammation especially in my feet. I was definitely careful and am happy to report I can do almost everything. No joint pain or inflammation so far! I’m seeing improvement in the number of squats and form ALREADY!!! I’m pairing this with stationary bike workouts in an effort to burn calories and lose some weight… THANK YOU for offering this!!! Also started Journey in the CF program too so this is very much a team endeavor! Thank you again. Even if it doesn’t impact our agility (It has got to help), it will improve both our quality of life which after is what it is all about…

    • Angela.sarra@yahoo.com says:

The other thing I like is that I’m confident I can take these workouts on the road and complete them in hotels. I travel so much for both agility and work. Travel has always been a barrier to getting exercise

      • Sarah Fernandezlopez says:

Fantastic point. We were really excited to work with Kert to bring this to the VIP. I think it’s something people could repeated come back to!

  • Whippet Zen says:

    Nice workout, thank you!

  • hobeydog5 says:

Difficulty, length, and intensity was perfect for me. Thank you!

  • julialane says:

Did it! 💪🏼 I’ll remember these motivating phrases for sure:

    Movement is medicine.

    Celebrate what you CAN do.

  • Joyce Jackowski says:

A couple of days later than planned due to travel but felt so good to do the session today. Thank you Kerr and BDA for this program. I am looking forward to the upcoming weeks.

  • judyvedder@gmail.com says:

Great workout. The focus on agility conditioning was just what I was looking for.

  • Francine says:

Thanks for another great workout! Hopefully we can have dog fitness too.

    • Sarah Fernandezlopez says:

      Hi Francine!

We did add an entire Canine Fitness program this year, but it is an optional add-on to the VIP that you need to register for. I’m going to email you about it now – please let me know that you receive the email!

  • Brianne S says:

Finished workout 3. Love it. Love the connections to the agility, and the modifications. Of note, I couldn’t hear the music at all on this one- I’m fine with it, and maybe it’s just my computer, but I saw the feedback that it was too loud before and figured I’d share. I dont mind either way!

    • Collene says:

Yes agreed on all, but for the music, this session was much quieter than the first two, so perfect!

    • Sarah Fernandezlopez says:

I expect the music will be personal preference. I was concerned with everyone being able to hear the instructions well, so I requested it be lowered a bit after watching the first videos.

      Glad you’re enjoying the workouts!

  • Katie Cameron says:

Week 1 done! This was such a good week to get me moving again! Thanks!!

  • LauriePreston says:

Love how Kert offers modifications for each move! Feelin’ good!

  • Carol.R says:
