      Do you mean the hip flexor is sore after the workout? Is it one leg or both? How’s your hip flexor today? Usually some rest, stretching, foam rolling, and then strengthening in the area like core stuff, bridges, planks, lunges. Make sure you warm up and cool down properly. Modify the workout next time on movements that hit the hip flexor directly.
