I noticed you saying here here as your Threadle Rear command. Are you also giving the dog their wrap commands for multiple wraps after the initial the dog responds to the Threadle Rear verbal? Thanks!

Hey Kathy! I don’t want to speak for Justine, but I am going to give you what I believe to be the answer. If you proceed though the module you will notice that at this time of this training the threadle verbal (“here, here”) is used for both threadle rears/curls and threadle slices. In order to indicate the difference between the rear/curl and the slice, the “dig dig” wrap verbal is added onto the end of the threadle command. I believe that since this content was made available, she now uses 2 separate verbals.

For Swift and P!nk, whose foundation is 8-10 years old, I used a single threadle verbal. Due to the evelution of the sport, I now have two separate threadle verbals. I use “in in” for threadle rears and “side” for threadle slice. As I mentioned, Justine now has two separate verbals as well.
