What is the recipe for the Energy bites?
these are so easy to make and relatively healthy:
one ripe banana, two to three tablespoons peanut butter, one cup oatmeal and a couple of handfuls of chocolate chips or cranberries or other dried fruit. Mix it all together, form into approximately one inch balls, bake 350 oven for 12 – 15 minutes. No sugar, no flour, just good for you ingredients. I would love to know what you think if you try them.
