Cranial means towards the head.
I am surprised the illiopsoas isn’t shown on this…since I spent almost a year and a half rehabbing that muscle. AAUGH!!!!
This is not meant to be an anatomy lesson but a quick reference for people to know the general location when I say Biceps or Hamstrings for example.
