I listened to the equipment Q&A but didn’t hear anything about a Cato plank as a first platform to work with. The board is long enough for my Sheltie to stand on comfortably but not to down which might be useful? also can get a teeter stand to add instability down the line. Any thoughts?

    • Coach Leslie says:

I don’t think the plank was out yet, but I think it’s a great platform option if it fits your dog better than the board.

  • Marty R says:

Not sure if this is where I should ask, but watching others videos of the exercises, I’ve seen both Fit Paws and Fit Stackers – is one a better option than the other? I’m going to get one or the other since I think it would help my Aussie figure out where his back feet should go…

    • Coach Leslie says:

      Hi Marty,
I’m not totally sure what Fit Stackers are, but generally I can say one piece of equipment is not better than another. The picture above shows a general progression of equipment. A lot depends on your dog’s ability and where you are in the fitness process to know which piece of equipment is best to use. I recommend watching this video on equipment: https://baddogagilityacademy.com/fitness-equipment-discussion-and-qa/
If you still have questions definitely ask.
