looking at the sensi mats on clean run, a couple different varieties, does it make a difference? which do you recomend, like the idea of taking it on the road
No, but I like the other patterns besides the knobbies for durability. But the knobbies are easiest to cut into other sizes.
Do u have a link of any discount codes for equipment recommended when we need them?
I listened to the equipment Q&A but didn’t hear anything about a Cato plank as a first platform to work with. The board is long enough for my Sheltie to stand on comfortably but not to down which might be useful? also can get a teeter stand to add instability down the line. Any thoughts?
I don’t think the plank was out yet, but I think it’s a great platform option if it fits your dog better than the board.
Not sure if this is where I should ask, but watching others videos of the exercises, I’ve seen both Fit Paws and Fit Stackers – is one a better option than the other? I’m going to get one or the other since I think it would help my Aussie figure out where his back feet should go…
Hi Marty,
I’m not totally sure what Fit Stackers are, but generally I can say one piece of equipment is not better than another. The picture above shows a general progression of equipment. A lot depends on your dog’s ability and where you are in the fitness process to know which piece of equipment is best to use. I recommend watching this video on equipment: https://baddogagilityacademy.com/fitness-equipment-discussion-and-qa/
If you still have questions definitely ask.
When is the equipment live Q&A and how do I access please?
