I understood your comments on the second FC, makes perfect sense. Your comments on the first FC confused me, it seems like if my chest was pointing toward the 3rd jump, then I would continue the motion and do a blind cross. I tried the FC without zinnie on this video, to see if I got it. The first 2 are trying to turn my chest toward the 3rd jump. The last one is not doing that, but trying to do the FC more along the line, without crossing so much in front of the 2nd jump. I do take big steps! And, the hopping I think is because I don’t want to twist my knee when I pivot

that was super helpful – all examples, thank you. I do need to have it clear in my mind and now I think i do. We are just back from a vacation. We have a few 4 day trips coming up through august. I am curious if you have any comments on taking a complete break from agility training for 6 weeks, or practicing one/twice a week during that time.
Absolutely we believe taking breaks is totally fine and often a beneficial part of your yearly plan!
