We have been working on posture every day and it’s looking good on stable blocks so I thought I’d try Jamie on 2 fit bones. I think the video shows he is not ready for this sort of challenge yet. He was probably tired as well because it was the last thing we tried (again I probably tried to do one exercise too many!). When we do try it again I would probably let a bit of air out of them first as I overinflated them to challenge him a bit before his surgery. https://youtu.be/CVKHAQ53WPg

So here is Karma’s 1st attempt at hands & feet……….a little rocky start, but she corrected her form pretty quickly. She did sometimes try to sit instead of back up………..but I think that was my inept cueing skills….lol! We do this “move” on dry land as part of our freestyle “skills” for a cha-cha dance routine, so she does understand the forward/backwards motion.

Other than the fitbone needing more air, do you think the hands and feet mechanics are good enough to put into an exercise routine? Or do you want to see it again with “more air” in the fitbone?!?!?!?

Bounce and Strut’s homework. Strut is dragging his front feet across the fitbone which I did not see until video review. His Chiropractor mentioned, at his last visit, that he has more muscle in the front than rear. I wonder if this is why he is not pushing off the rear as well as I thought he was.
