Maybe I missed it somewhere but are the times 3/4 exercises done as a circuit or as sets? So for week one, flexibility; is it jump offerings, down to play bow, beginning good mornings in a row and then repeat that 3 times or is jump offerings 3 times, down to play bow 3 time and then beginning good mornings 3 times? Hopefully that makes sense.
You can do it either way. I tend to do it as a circuit so that I don’t have to build in rest between sets.
